Since 1989, Indian Wells' premier Restaurant continues to be cocktails, dinner, live music, and nightlife. Vicky's of Santa Fe is a place where everyone knows your name. Owner Marc Laliberte says, "It's not just the place. It's the people. Our guests become friends and family." A menu of prime steaks, fresh seafood, rack of lamb, and pork chops can pair with savory sides, such as a twice-baked potato or classic mac and cheese with various lighter options, from an ahi tuna stack to locally sourced bacon-wrapped stuffed dates. Nightly dinner specials certainly satisfy all appetites. A walk-in wine cellar features California wines from well-known winemakers to select boutique vintners.
